- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
- We ship via USPS and UPS.
- Standard shipping typically arrives in 5–7 business days after processing.
- Expedited shipping is available at checkout where offered.
Shipping Rates
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
- We accept returns of unused, undamaged books within 30 days of delivery.
- If your book arrives defective or damaged, we’ll send a replacement copy at no cost.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@firefightermentor.com with your order number.
- We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital courses and downloads are non-refundable once accessed.
- Gift cards are also non-refundable.
